If within 90 days from the original date of purchase, your
"GOLD MINER" Spiral Gold Panning Machine fails due to
defects in either material or workmanship without any visible
signs of abuse or neglect. Gold Leisure Products will repair
or replace at it's option, all necessary parts without charge
for parts OR labor for 90 days. From 90 days to 5 years, please
enclose $15.00 to cover the cost of return shipping. We at
Gold Leisure Products are committed to the quality and craftsmanship
